Scotch eggs. If you haven’t had them yet, they are bloody awesome. DW introduced me to this British culinary staple and it was love at first bite. A hard boiled egg wrapped in pork sausage, breadded then quickly fried—what’s not to savor?! Strangely, I found this photo on @RealShamu’s Twitpic page. Do whales eat sausage?
